A Scandinavia 35 from Scandinavia Yachts was fitted with a new mainsail and new furling genoa by Sail Service:

Cruising Laminate DCX by Dimension Polyant (German sailcloth manufacturer)
Cut: triradial
Jib: UV protection Weathermaxx on the leech and foot and foam strips in the luff
Lazy Bag / Main Drop System.

Refitting for the “Chief One”

The sailing yacht „Chief One“, a Palmer Johnson 78, has set course for the Canary Islands on its planned circumnavigation. The aluminum ship was re-equipped by Sail Service 2018 with the following sails and accessories:

One-hand non-stop around the world

Sail Service produced the sails for this in 2017: from Hydra Net sailcloth by Dimension Polyant (German sail cloth manufacturer), which is perfect for offshore use.

Incidentally, Szymon Kaczynski also set a world record: as the smallest yacht of all time, he made it around the world alone and non-stop – in 270 days.

New Aramid Sport sails for a Hanse 325

Here is a great example for you to start the season sporty and fresh.
For this Hanse 325 we have made a new self-tacking jib and a new mainsail made of Aramid Sport Liteskin material from Dimension Polyant in a tri-radial cut.
We think it looks great – and it sails great too.
